Approximately 42 minutes. The jaw or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is the most dynamic joint in the body. A huge percentage of the brain is dedicated solely to the maintenance of TMJ. By consciously bringing awareness to the quality of our experience we can then impact its condition. In this guided excersize, the sensory awareness movements we teach will give you substantial health in the four major areas of the jaw:


  • Bite problems
  • Inflexibility
  • Muscular tension
  • Poor jaw placements


Sensory-motor associated trauma can also be locked into the eyes. At the end of the audio we guide you through simple eye movements to resolve distress.
